Some of her commercial work includes print advertisements for brands such as Ziploc, Abbott Laboratories, Goodwill, Ultratec, CITGO, Sears, and Jockey, along with on-camera work for NBC News, American Mattress, Sterling 365, Calumet Photographic, and Harley-Davidson, Inc. As a model for fine art photography, painting, and sculpture, Claudine Tambuatco has participated in projects with artists throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Claudine Tambuatco also helped the Junior League of Chicago put on Windy City Nights, an annual casino event raising money for various charitable causes. Today, she splits her time between responsibilities as an Associate Board Member for the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and an Auxiliary Board Member of the John G.
